10/10
This place had it all for our group. The self-check-in was wicked easy, and we loved the ample washrooms. Plus, the free coffee was a nice touch for late-night chats. Just a quick walk to the station made getting around a breeze. Woulda liked an iron, though, for wrinkled shirts after traveling.

I stayed here for a family trip to explore the nearby attractions, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was quite spacious for our family of four, with two toilets, and self-check-in was a breeze. We were close to Kaminarimon Gate Senso-ji, making it easy to enjoy the local sights. The convenience of having a washer and dryer on site was also a big plus, although some additional storage would have been helpful.

Self check-in was easy, but one toilet bidet wasn't working during our stay.

missingWrote a review on 04 Novsecurity concernsunattended property
During my stay, the security situation was concerning due to the unmanned property. there was no one present to handle an incident when noisy guests checked in next door at 3 am, which disrupted our sleep significantly. The room itself seemed unprepared, as some of the kitchen utensils were moldy, forcing us to wash them before use. To add to my frustration, the self-check-in process felt impersonal, and I missed having staff available for immediate assistance when issues arose.

Excellent choice for families! The quadruple room was spacious, clean, and featured two toilets, which made our stay comfortable. Check-in was super easy with a quick electronic process. Being close to Kuramae station made getting around Tokyo a breeze. I loved the convenience of having laundry facilities on-site. However, an iron and ironing board would have really helped us out. The room felt small for four adults, and I wish we could have opened a window for fresh air. Would recommend for families looking for a budget-friendly stay in a good location.

The hotel is a very solid choice for families, offering a good balance of price and comfort. The location is ideal, situated close to a subway station and not far from the train station, making transportation effortless. There are charming cafes within walking distance, and the self-check-in process was incredibly quick and easy.
Access to an iron and ironing board would have been appreciated during my stay.
